Report a specification error

This is the one we most want to hear about. Email specdirectory@gmail.com with "correction" in the subject line, and include:

• The page URL
• The brand and model number
• Which field is wrong, and what it should be
• Where you are reading the correct value — a spec sheet, data plate photo, or manual page

That last item matters. Our specifications come from U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR records, so a correction resolves one of two ways: either we have rendered the EPA's data incorrectly and we fix it, or the EPA record itself is inaccurate and the manufacturer needs to file an update. Knowing your source tells us which conversation to have.

Manufacturers and brand owners

If you represent a manufacturer and want to correct, contest or discuss how your products appear here, email specdirectory@gmail.com and say so in the subject line. We publish public government certification records and generated scale drawings; we do not host your copyrighted documentation or photography. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, tell us what and where and we will respond.
